I remain skeptical, the poster seems to be done in the style of a video game poster. Also, the III is not featured on the poster anywhere. I will be suprised if this turns out to be the official poster, as the movie is released in May 2012 and we have not heard anything about a trailer yet. If you look behind the poster, you'll notice that the video game poster for The Amazing Spider-Man is behind it

Men in Black III is directed by Barry Sonnefield and stars Will Smith, Alice Eve, Tommy Lee Jones, Josh Brolin, Emma Thompson and Rip Torn. The film will be released on May 25 2012!
