It has been reported that Square Enix will change leadership in result most development studios will focus from AAA to mobile!!! Yeah that's right. But no need to be sad Hitman will still be back for more unsuspected killings. Darrell Gallagher, who was previously in charge of Crystal Dynamics, has been named the head of studios for Square Enix’s North American and European operations. However, that gig will include retaining his leadership role at Crystal Dynamics for the time being, to help build the studio’s portfolio.

Now Square Enix Montreal will be shifting focus to mobile gaming especially tablets. Patrick Naud has been appointed as the heads studio and will for now at least working on Hitman related titles.

IO Interactive, after suffering layoffs, are starting development on a new Hitman game. So far they have found a director named Hannes Seifert. No news on when the game will be released or on what consoles, but I think it is safe to say that PS4 and XBOX One will have it available.

IO Interactive's latest Hitman game called Hitman Absolution was pretty damn good in my opinion and I am looking forward for an another follow up. Check a gameplay trailer from Hitman Absolution:

Are you guys excited for another Hitman game?!
