VIDEO GAMES: The Master Chief IS The Main Protagonist In HALO 5: GUARDIANS; Not Locke

Recent rumors said that the character Agent Locke will be the main protagonist for the fifth game in the Master Chief Collection, but according to Frank O'Connor The Chief will be the man for the job! Hit the jump to check it out!

Frank O'Connor heard the recent rumors about Agent Locke being the main character in Halo 5 and he addressed them, he revealed that the Master Chief WILL be the main character of the fifth Halo game, titled, Halo: Guardians, "'A' primary character, Chief is the main character and hero,”. He then tells gives out more details about weapons, characters, and things to expect in Halo Guardians, "Yeah, I'm a playable character in Halo 5, Once Halo: The Master Chief Collection is released, and then Halo 5 comes out shortly thereafter, you're basically going to be playing a game with me as the primary character." He then adds, "I'll have some cool weaponry, and some cool abilities, because by that time I'll be a Spartan IV." Halo 5: Guardians is set to release in 2015 on Xbox. Halo 5: Guardians (also known as Halo 5) is an upcoming first-person shooter. The Halo franchise game is being developed by 343 Industries and published by Microsoft Studios. Serving as the sequel to Halo 4, the game is scheduled to be released in Q4 2015. In the far reaches of space, Mendicant Bias, an ancient forerunner AI and the leader of the Guardians awakens from his slumber. Meanwhile, Agent Locke and The Arbiter were tasked to find John 117 while he's gone missing in the Ark.

I don't have an Xbox One right now I only have a PS4 and my Gaming Rig. Which is more than enough but I plan on getting a Wii U and an Xbox One some day.

@batmannightwingrobin Halo Reach and Halo 4 were actually really good. I remember playing those games with my friends on Xbox Live... oh memories. Lol

Honestly, playing Destiny made me go back to Halo 4 on 360. I'm waiting for the next gen when Arkham comes out, but as of now Halo 4's graphics are better than Destiny's and the gameplay is better. Destiny might be better on a next gen, but I had to go back to Halo 4.

Yeah I read this a little while ago. Good news. I'm hoping Locke is like the Arbiter in Halo 2. You play some missions as him but most as the Chief.
