Sony Pictures has released a cool new poster for David Leitch's Bullet Train, offering a colorful new look at the nine assassins Brad Pitt will have to square off against to make it off the train alive!

While a new trailer should be with us any day now, Sony Pictures has shared the official theatrical poster for David Leitch's upcoming action-comedy Bullet Train, which stars 2x Academy Award-winner Brad Pitt in the lead role as an assassin named Ladybug.

Plot details are scarce, but the story follows Ladybug as he is attempting to leave his killer lifestyle behind. He quickly finds himself pulled in for one last job by his handler Maria Beetle (Sandra Bullock), and since it sounds relatively straightforward, he takes the job of retrieving a briefcase on a bullet train heading from Tokyo to Morioka,

However, the seemingly simple task becomes a little more complicated when he must face off with a nine other assassins to secure the briefcase and make it off train alive.

The other assassins are played by Joey King (Prince), Aaron Taylor-Johnson (Tangerine), Brian Tyree Henry (Lemon), Andrew Koji (Yuichi Kimura), Hiroyuki Sanada (Elder), Michael Shannon (Jay Wang), Bad Bunny (Wolf), and Zazie Beetz (Hornet).

There's also someone in a Monomon suit, but the studio isn't revealingt their identity just yet. 

The cast also features Logan Lerman, Karen Fukuhara, Masi Oka, Pasha D. Lychnikoff, and Miraj Grbić in undisclosed roles, with Sandra Bullock appearing as Maria Beetle. 

Bullet Train hits theaters on August 5!

An original movie event, Bullet Train is a fun, delirious action-thriller from the director of Deadpool 2, David Leitch. Brad Pitt headlines an ensemble cast of eclectic, diverse assassins – all with connected yet conflicting objectives – set against the backdrop of a non-stop ride through modern-day Japan.
