The Far East meets the Wild West in this action-packed tale of revenge and ninjas!

Before any of the CBM purists get up in arms about The Warrior's Way being the topic of an article, let me say to you, "No, this is not a comic book movie, per se." But, you know what? It doesn't matter because this movie has everything that CBM fans love in their movies: wild action, hot women and ninjas! (Plus, just watch the trailer and tell me that those ninjas do not have super powers!)

Produced by Barrie M. Osborne (The Lord of the Rings trilogy), The Warrior's Way stars Korean actor Dong-Gun Jang as a warrior assassin hiding out in the American Badlands from a veritable army of ninjas. Kate Bosworth, Danny Huston and Academy Award-winner Geoffrey Rush also star.

The Warrior's Way opens December 3rd!

Anybody knows if this is anything like Sukiyaki Western Django??? Ever since i saw the trailer to that film, i've wanted to buy it but for some weird reason, it's nowhere to be found! Not one store in my whole region sells it brand new. I just found it for sale in a previewed bargin bin where they bundle up one good movie with 7 shitty ones for the price of 6.99! It had to be freakin' "previewed" :((

Haven't watched it yet but i can't wait. This one here looks as awesome as SWD did in their trailer. I hope i won't have to buy it previewed as well. Oh and, how come Bosworth's so hot in this??? She had like zero sex appeal in Superman Returns. Routh was more attractive than her LOL

@Shaman: I hate to disappoint you--and maybe you'll have a different opinion anyway--but I thought SWD was pure shite! I couldn't finish it. I watched about 20 minutes of it and then turned it off. The opening monologue by Tarantino is sooooo lame! I guess I should have waited for more action, but I just couldn't take it.

Mmmm. Great cast, I like the western/ninja mix but I am also getting abit of a Jonah Hex vibe I'm afraid. That trailer music doesn't help.

Brent- Really???? Damn... i hope i still get to enjoy it. If not... well, it was previewed and only cost me 7$ LOL But hey, if i could still enjoy YoYo Girl Cop, i figure i won't hate it. The poster-cover says there is fast and furious action in it but it's nowhere to be seen LMAO

Still, Warrior's Way looks better than Hex did, to me. It even has a serious tone to it, à la "Shinobi: Heart Under Blade" which i felt was astounding!!! :)

Shaman@ Agree with Brent. SWD was pretty boring if you ask me. I didnt finished it either. Takashi Miike´s best movie is still Ichi The Killer.

Hoping that The Warrior´s Way doesnt suffer the same faith as SWD.
