Ola Rapace Set To Join The Cast Of Bond 23?

Bleeding Cool have spotted a post by Swedish newspaper 'Expressen', which claims that the actor has pulled out of a showjumping event in order to film a role in a big movie instead. So what? Well, it just so happens that their "sources" believe it to be the highly anticipated (and currently untitled) Bond 23!

The paper reportedly asked both his agent and MGM for a comment, but they both refused to either confirm or debunk the news...normally a good indication that it's true. I'm not familiar with any of his past work, but he does seem like the kind of guy Daniel Craig's 007 could face off against (as the photo to the left surely proves) but be sure to share your thoughts on all this in the usual place!

Why would he meet Craig?...Noomi is not the Girl, in the version with Craig. Its Rooney Mara. Noomi was in the Swedish version.

@KNIGHT3000 Noomi was awesome. But the new film is not a remake of the original Swedish films, its an adaption of the books, like True Grit last year. Ive seen some footage of the new one, and I have to say, Rooney looks better as Lisbeth and the whole film looks amazing.

I think that pro wrestler khali should play jaws, he already has a jacked up grill and cant talk for $hit! Do it! He'd be perfect to play the big lumbering brute that would hand Bond's ass to him on occassion!

X-men 1st Class was a Comic book movie done in the style of James Bond but Bond is not a comic book film or SciFi,Fantasy or Horror it is action adventure.
