Today marks ten days until the Netflix anime series Akuma Kun will premiere on its streaming services, and the series' franchise is releasing daily videos dedicated to celebrating its official release! The series is expected to drop on Netflix starting on November 9. Will you be tuning in to watch the series premiere? Let us know in the comments!

Learn more about the upcoming Netflix anime series down below! Netflix describes the storyline for the series:

The story of Akuma Kun follows a strange young boy named Akuma Kun who reincarnates every 10,000 years and tries to create a world free from conflict, strife, and hunger by harnessing the power of demons.

The Akuma Kun animation, produced by Encourage Films, is directed by Junichi Sato and Fumitoshi Oizaki and is based on the Shigeru Mizuki manga series GeGeGe no Kitaro. In 1989, Sato oversaw the initial anime adaptation of the manga. A predicted genius who emerges once every 10,000 years to bring peace to the world, Ichirō Umoregi, often known by his moniker Akuma-kun, is the subject of the new series.

@DocSpock - I get the big eyes, but junk? Anime/manga have been better than comic books and their cartoons for years. But yeah this should be on animemojo lol.

I dislike Japanese anime/manga for different reasons, but I admit I do despise them. I think they are of very poor quality too. But people have different opinions, which is a good thing. I know a lot of people like that stuff, even including some adults.
