James "Piccolo" Marsters has loaded up some new Dragonball movie images on his site. And after much fan angst about his coloring, Piccolo is sporting a lovely seafoam green!

MAI..SHES LOOKING GOOD TO ME. THEY TOOK SOME LIBERTIES CHANGING THINGS, BUT THEN AGAIN IF YOU MADE THE MOVIE LIKE THE CARTOON, IT MIGHT NOT TRANSFER WELL..IM ON THE FENCE WITH THIS ONE.

oh....so he is green, in all his other pics he looks a funky shade of mustard yellow. These don't change my mind about anything though, this movie is still gunna suck

Thank u god that they decided to make Piccolo green and not piss of fans. The thing I like about how James looks is that he looks like the vampire from Blade 2 only green. He looks evil as [frick] also which is something I like. I really hope this movie does good though. I love Dragonball DBZ and DBGT to much to see this become a suck-fest

First of all, Piccolo looks nothing like Nomack in Blade 2. Marsters looks like a vampire all right but "From Dusk till Dawn" style.

And if you guys are down to nit picking about a freakin' turban, you really have nothing better to do with your time. Who cares about a dumb ass freakin turban!!! You wanted him green, HE'S GREEN!!!!

Somebody needs to edit the first pic because it looks like the makeup crew were to lazy to change the color of James' arms to green(just look under the sleeve on his left arm and you'll see what I'm talking about).

I still do think they should have hired better makeup artists and special effects people. Piccolo looks like a good version of Cosplay from an anime expo.

And I do agree, Yamcha is the worst of the 3.

I'll say this much, the pics don't look all that good, but trailer when put all together doesn't look as bad. But again I dont' think it's going to be to hot!!

Uhhhh, where to begin with this one...Piccolo looks like something from "Are You Afraid of the Dark?" or Goosebumps...Ummmmm, Mai's hot. Yea, love the Asian ladies.

Yamcha looks like, well, Yamcha, I guess. No no no. Wait a second, he looks like some douchey asian dude with shyte for highlights. Did a bull piss in his hair to get that effect or what? BUT, i'm still not too thrilled, but that trailer did give me some hope it will be ok, if not decent. As for this being some smash-up kick ass good time blockbuster, NOT GOING TO HAPPEN! I don't see this doing much more than a few mil opening week, and probably topping out at aroun 30 or 40 TOPS! I do believe, however, it will do MUCH better than Punisher: War Zone...Unfortunately.

yes Ion it certainly looks like that. Makes you wonder if they'll be that sloppy with the footage, all things are pointing that the will be extremely sloppy (the name change, the rubber lizard floating around, the bad casting choices, the bad special effects).

Well when I see it on fox, when I get bored I can look for those "bloopers".

lets be fair about the shot with picolo's mobile and his arms, these arent official promotional shots, these production shots for the actors blog site. james masters might even have more of him in picolo gear doing other normal stuff, eating a burger, taking dump... actors are people too.

my thoughts on this movie?
it's a KID'S movie, like thunderbirds and all that.

has no one else noticed how they have heavily edited out all the adult type violence/themes from the anime? it's because they want dragonball marketed at kids in the west, more money selling toys and junk.
accept it.
just do what i do, ignore it and go back to reading the manga, dragonball in it's original and most complete form.
