The impressive cast of the James Cameron-produced adaptation of Alita: Battle Angel continues to grow with the addition of From Dusk till Dawn: The Series actress Eiza González, who has also appeared in the likes of Boneyard Canteen, and the Jem and The Holograms movie.

No details on González' role were provided, but she'll join Mahershala Ali, Christoph Waltz, Jackie Earle Haley, Ed Skrein and Rosa Salazar as the cyborg warrior of the title.

Robert Rodriguez will helm Alita: Battle Angel, which is set to commence production very soon.
