AVENGERS: ENDGAME Star Jeremy Renner Needs A Massage As He Teases The End Of Reshoots

As we continue to count the days until Avengers: Endgame arrives in theaters, another of the film's stars has revealed that reshoots on the highly anticipated sequel have started to wrap up.

After his noticeable absence in Avengers: Infinity War, Jeremy Renner's Clint Barton will make his highly anticipated return in the upcoming sequel, Avengers: Endgame. If the teaser trailer was any indication, he may have abandoned the Hawkeye mantle and taken up a new persona as the ninja warrior Ronin, adding even more excitement to the mix.

As eager as we all are to see Hawkeye (or Ronin) and the rest of the Avengers return to the big screen following the aftermath of Infinity War, there's apparently still work to be done on Avengers: Endgame. On the bright side, it appears that reshoots on the movie are wrapping up.

Renner, who has been pretty active on Instagram with vague updates on Endgame, once again took to the social media platform to wish everyone a wonderful weekend and reveal that he's "almost done on set."

His post comes just a few days after two other key actors in Avengers: Endgame - one of which is a potential spoiler - revealed they were also finished with reshoots. The extra work Renner has put in, probably with all that samurai sword training, has left him pretty tired as he hashtagged his post "#needamassage."

Depending on the outcome of Endgame, it's possible Renner will have plenty of time on his hands to get one. Or he'll be back at it in another thrilling adventure in the MCU. We'll have to wait for Avengers: Endgame to hit theaters to find out Hawkeye's fate in the Cinematic Universe.

Avengers: Endgame arrives in theaters on April 26, 2019.

Wasn't really a fan of Hawkeye in the 60 / 70's Avengers and still not keen on the MCU version. Sort of an Ivan Drago moment, "If he dies, he dies"

I've missed Clint. I'm excited to have him back in Endgame and have Markus, McFeely and the Russo's writing/directing the character just like in CW.

Ronin's cool and all, but i'm excited to see HAWKEYE again.

Even though I'm not the biggest Hawkeye fan, it's always fun to see Jeremy Renner turn up. I think he really is that actor that plays characters that kinda shake things up (in a good way) and he really seems to enjoy it too

Leave it to Clint Barton to pick the most unpractical weapons for 21 century fights.Wonder if he will use a wooden spear next.

Seen a pic of him smoking a cigarette, don't know why but I thought that was odd. So weird when you see celebrities smoking especially if they're doing these physical and Action packed movies
