The folks from Marvelous News have exclusively received from Diamond Select their minimates line-up based on Marvel Studios' highly-anticipated superhero movie The Avengers. Sans any photos at this time, the source suggests that these figures will hit stores this spring, with one assortment exclusively available at Toys “R” Us stores, while the other one will be available for purchase only at specialty stores and comic book shops.

To redact can also mean to select or adapt (as by obscuring or removing sensitive information) from a document prior to publication or release.

The "redacted" is an army builder. It's something fairly generic, like in the past it's been Hydra agents or Skrulls. Basically, a character that there are many of, so you can make an army of said character(s). So, no Thanos or Red Skull. It's def Loki's posse.
