Continuing the epic big-screen adventures started in "Iron Man," "The Incredible Hulk," "Iron Man 2," "Thor," and "Captain America: The First Avenger," "Marvel’s The Avengers" is the super hero team up of a lifetime. When an unexpected enemy emerges that threatens global safety and security, Nick Fury, director of the international peacekeeping agency known as S.H.I.E.L.D., finds himself in need of a team to pull the world back from the brink of disaster.
As you can see above, Feige himself says that:
"We didn't want to make a big mess. They don't walk through the S.H.I.E.L.D commissary and see another 20 superheroes." Hmm...well, I'd say that we can now definitely kiss goodbye to the chances of seeing a sneaky cameo from Ant-Man and Wasp. On the other hand, this is Marvel Studios we're talking about, so they're not going to spill the beans at this point! Hell, they still won't reveal who the aliens are or if they are actually aliens. Be sure to share your thoughts in the usual place.
