As for quality animated films though, i really REALLY hope it will be better than Wonder Woman and at least as good as First Flight. LOL i know i'm gonna get lashings for it but, bring it on... i'm all greased up :P

EdGross smiles thinly, a maniacal laugh gradually escaping from his mouth. Everything was coming together perfectly.

Multi- I guess that's why i liked it so much. It's a film i can watch with my kids and see them mezmorised by what's on screen. Wonder Woman is the first DC "thing" (i have to use "thing" cause it encompasses everything they do) that i haven't let my kids watch. They wouldn't understand it and it's just about slaughter left and right. It's just too graphic for my kids to get into it and the animation isn't really anything to write home about. I didn't like the voice acting at all execpt for Molina and the little character development it had was very rushed. The story IMO wasn't that interesting either. In FF, there was something for every age... except the Boodikka scene. I had no idea she wasn't supposed to die LOL. I guess that's a big downer for fans of the comics like you, that i can certainly understand. It was so unnecessary. But the rest seemed great storywise. InterestingJohn has explained quite a few points as to why GL fans wouldn't like the film. But for me, having never read any GL book before, it was an awesome ride filled with a good story about overcoming insurmountable odds and staying true to one's self. The character development was a bit lacking as well but there was enough of it IMO. The animation was the highlight of the film and the special effects were just breathtaking. I dunno... i always liked GL but never read his books, now i can't wait to get my hands on them so i guess it did it's job in a certain way where as now you couldn't pay me to buy Wonder Woman comics. It just killed what ever interest i had in the character, now i have to watch the JLU series to get hyped up about her again. I am looking forward to a live action film of hers a la 300 though.

Anil- Can't wait to see what Jensen Ackles is made of in an animated feature, especially as Jason Todd!

Here's a funny tid bit:

Olivia D'Abo who voiced Carol Ferris in First Flight, actually played in a film called "The Big Green" along side Jay O. Sanders who will play Carol Ferris' father in the live action Green Lantern film.

That's just freakin' weird!!!
