Chicago has not only doubled for Metropolis once already in Zack Snyder's Man Of Steel, but was also utilized for the Gotham City scenes in the first two movies of Christopher Nolan's Dark Knight trilogy. In early November, Snyder and co. will return to the Windy City to shoot the Metropolis scenes for Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice, but this time Gotham will be represented too in the form of the Caped Crusader himself. The below video report from Fox 32 details the current plans for the shoot, and features footage from Batman Begins, The Dark Knight and Man Of Steel.

This is sure one long shoot. Chicago has always looked great(especially for Gotham). It'll be interesting how they'll make it look in the final cut.
