New BTS Image From BATMAN V SUPERMAN: DAWN OF JUSTICE Revealed

The latest issue of Empire Magazine features a new behind-the-scenes snap of Ben Affleck's Dark Knight facing down Henry Cavill's Man of Steel, while director Zack Snyder looks on. It's a bit blurry, but we'll update when a clearer version becomes available...

Empire has posted the following BTS image over on their official website. It's a tiny pic, so when blown up like this is obviously loses a lot of quality - but we can still clearly make out the stare-down between the two iconic DC heroes that was glimpsed at the end of the recent trailer. If any of you guys come across a better scan, post it in the comments section and we'll update.

"Fearing the actions of a god-like super hero left unchecked, Gotham City’s own formidable, forceful vigilante takes on Metropolis’s most revered, modern-day savior, while the world wrestles with what sort of hero it really needs. And with Batman and Superman at war with one another, a new threat quickly arises, putting mankind in greater danger than it’s ever known before."

The movie opens in theaters on March 26, 2016, and also stars Amy Adams, Laurence Fishburne, Diane Lane, Jeremy Irons, Scoot McNairy, Jason Momoa, and Holly Hunter.

I just want to see Superman doing heroic shit. The trailer showing him saving the astronauts from the exploding rocket and saving people from the flood were a good sign.

@blackandyellow

The flood scene looked like Superman was saying, "I am your god and bow to my presence."

At least I can see his neck in this one.

Batman and Superman should team up to take down that asshat Reggie from Ballers.

I'm sort of expecting to see all of Superman's heroic shit that we saw in the trailers to be reduced to just a montage at the beginning of the movie. With all the stuff revolving around Superman vs Batman, then eventually changing gears to focus on Lex Luthor and whatever plan he has (not to mention how Wonder Woman and the possible Aquaman cameo factor into things), I don't see a lot of time being dedicated to showing Superman being the heroic guy that he should be.

@mcgee

Is that show any good? After True Detective I'm so disappointed with how shitty it was that I turn off the TV and sit in complete darkness for an hour.

It's practically the only consistently good HBO show on Sunday nights.

Season Two of True Detective just started getting good last night. So I'm sure from here on out, the series is gonna start picking up the pace and getting more intense with each new....oh wait, there's like only two episodes left, isn't there?

Holy shit....I totally forgot about the Brink! I think I have all the episodes on DVR.

I think that baseball cap on your head is too tight. Ballers has been way more entertaining than this season of True Detective.

Superman visits children hospital for those injured in the Invasion Of Metropolis, there I'd expect a Victor Stone cameo.

i'm starting to wonder if there is anybody else on the set of this movie beside Zack, Ben and Henry.

Ballers isn't as entertaining as Entourage, that's true. But this is still the first season. The Entourage movie was alright, but it felt like an episode of the series. Granted, this felt more like a satisfying ending than the show's series finale.

Agreed. This movie's gonna be great and all, but Suicide Squad has me way more pumped. I'm sure BvS will be great and all, don't get me wrong, but it's not like we don't know what Batman and Superman look like on the big screen. Suicide Squad, however, now that's something original that we really haven't seen before. A movie where the supervillains are the main stars. Now that sounds badass

John Wick was awesome! That guy from Ghost Protocol played the villain better in that movie.
