New Look At 'Batfleck' Desert-ed In Latest Pic From BATMAN V SUPERMAN: DAWN OF JUSTICE

Following this weekend's San Diego Comic-Con trailer for Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, director Zack Snyder's longtime photographer Clay Enos has just posted a new image from the highly-anticipated movie. Featuring a sandy closeup on Ben Affleck as Bruce Wayne in the Batsuit, the image is seemingly from the mysterious scene that was teased in the trailer in which Batman is seen being grappled while in the desert. Anyhow, check out the image below, as well as a very cool GIF that showcases the continuity that Dawn of Justice has with Man of Steel. What do you think?

I think it's a cool idea. I don't know what it's doing in the movie, but I would guess that it's this film's version of "Superman in a pit of skulls": i.e. a compelling image that ultimately really doesn't have a big impact on the film.
