If you haven't heard by now, Doritos has held a contest for the past nine years, in which fans create their own Super Bowl commercial for Doritos and the winner's ad will be used as the official Super Bowl commercial for that year. This year, Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice director, Zack Snyder, has joined up with Doritos to choose the winning ad. With the finalists now set, they had the chance to receive a private tour of Warner Bros. Studio and the director had a surprise for them.

Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice hits theaters March 25th, 2016.

Fearing the actions of a god-like super hero left unchecked, Gotham City’s own formidable, forceful vigilante takes on Metropolis’s most revered, modern-day savior, while the world wrestles with what sort of hero it really needs. And with Batman and Superman at war with one another, a new threat quickly arises, putting mankind in greater danger than it’s ever known before. Starring Henry Cavill, Ben Affleck, Gal Gadot, with Amy Adams, Laurence Fishburne, Diane Lane, Jesse Eisenberg, Jeremy Irons, and Holly Hunter, Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice is directed by Zack Snyder, written by Chris Terrio from David S. Goyer's screenplay.

Zack looks like a nice down-to-earth guy.
I like that he's not forgotten where he come from and join this kind of events for new directors.

@Dev7

By putting as much product placement as conspicuously as possible in the movie the producers are able to hedge against low box office returns. Can't wait to see Sears, IHOP and 7-11 in Gotham!

Yeah people on this site rag on Zack but the dude really seems like a cool guy! I would love to have him and Josh W over for dinner.......yeah I know that is a pipe dream.

Now product placement has become a crime. Good to know.

All comic book movies have a little product placement...$$$$

I really do believe that Zack is a cool guy.

And as for product placement, I never actually noticed any of the MoS stuff because it wasn't something we have here. Only movie with product placement that really stood out for me in the last years was probably Jurassic World.

@JoeMomma29

Not sure about Snyder, but I'm sure you can have Wilding over for dinner if you pay him enough! ;)

@Kyos

Hell no......so Wilding can drug me and take pictures of me and sell them for money........I would rather spend a year in Gusto's basement!

@Dev7

I totally agree with you. It was ridiculous how blatant it was but Warner Bros. gotta get paid! Hopefully they tone it down A LOT in BvS.

Urm, and there were the earphones Banner wore in AOU, as well some shaving stuff seen in the Banner/Natasha scene at the farm. Those were ones I noticed.

Other than ebay, I don't see the classic Sony Walkman for sale anywhere and it doesn't look like they re-released. With the exception of Apple which was blatant, those other shots weren't lingering.

Please, if you want to show how things have changed over 70 years in NYC, what would you suggest? Besides, Rogers grew up in NYC so the comparison is especially apt.

Do you not agree that MOS had an incredible amount of product placement? Can you not do that?

@Dev7...Do you even watch the films or just grab at your pecker when Widow is shown on the screen?

Fine, I appreciate your honesty. Some of you DC fan are absolutely intractable. May BvS include even more product placement since it seems like something you enjoy and rather than admit that it was especially prevalent in MOS you'll just grab articles written by others about Marvel films.
