Fearing the actions of a god-like super hero left unchecked, Gotham City’s own formidable, forceful vigilante takes on Metropolis’s most revered, modern-day savior, while the world wrestles with what sort of hero it really needs. And with Batman and Superman at war with one another, a new threat quickly arises, putting mankind in greater danger than it’s ever known before.

Starring Ben Affleck as Bruce Wayne/Batman, Henry Cavill as Clark Kent/Superman, Gal Gadot as Diana Prince/Wonder Woman, with Amy Adams, Laurence Fishburne and Diane Lane returning from Man of Steel, Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor, Jeremy Irons as Alfred, and Holly Hunter in a role newly created for the film. Jason Momoa will also be making an appearance as Aquaman. Zack Snyder's Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice is set to open in theaters on March 25th, 2016.

Since there is no article up for this yet can someone confirm whether or not it is true that Netflix is going to be doing a 13 episode mini series event for Dredd. Here is the original link I found

It just all sounds too good to be true.

I don't get how people genuinely believes Snyder is a better director than any of the other CBM directors (Russos, Bryan Singer, Whedon, Raimi except for SM3). Stoked for this movie anyway.

@SorcererSupreme Honestly, Whedon and Raimi's directing have always been a little too cheesy and campy for me, at least in regards to their CBMs. Russos are good, and Singer is a mixed bag. Surprised you failed to mention Nolan, as he STILL has not been beat.

@GoogleWasMyIdea Forgot about him, but yeah, also. 300, Watchmen, Sucker Punch, and MoS are not nearly as good as Memento, The Prestige, Inception, TDK, or Interstellar.

@SorcererSupreme Truth. Snyder's not the second coming, he's not that great a director if you judge from all his previous films. He IS good at giving audiences eye candy, though.
