There have been a lot of conflicting rumours about how much of a role the members of the Justice League are going to have in Batman v Superman, with some reports pointing to blink and you'll miss them cameos, and others indicating full blown appearances as big as the movie's leads. Well, the answer may lie somewhere in between. Here's what director Zack Snyder had to say in a recent interview about their involvement, and why it ultimately all comes back to Batman and Superman.

"As far as the other Justice League characters go, they play a very small role. It’s really just a whisper they exist. Except for Wonder Woman, we see her really well. But really the movie is about Batman and Superman. And we really take time with them and we really drill down on the why of them and what they stand for and their beliefs and them as characters. That’s pretty much the why of the movie. But again as I said, it does begin the conversation about these guys are out there."

While it would be a shame for the Justice Leaguers to steal the spotlight in the movie, it will be equally frustrating to see pretty much nothing of them after all the hype! Still, it definitely appears as if Wonder Woman and Aquaman will be making their presence felt in a big way, but we'll just have to wait and see how it all pans out. There's not long to go now until the movie finally reaches the big screen, so for now, be sure to weigh in on these comments from the filmmaker below.

It's funny when people say BvS is overcrowded but when Suicide Squad introduces 11 characters, no one blinks an eye.

So is Batman still branding people? It'll be interesting to see what's going on with that because as far as i know, Batman does not brand people.
