We were told to expect a more subdued presence from Warner Bros./DC Films at this year's San Diego Comic-Con, but we now know that Black Adam, at least, will be given the full Hall H treatment.

Star Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson shared the news on social media, and his the movie's official Twitter account followed his announcement with a new promo. Most of the footage has carried over from the recent trailer, but there are a couple of new shots in there, including a glimpse of the titular antihero shooting lightning from his fingers.

The panel will be held on Saturday, July 23, with most of the main cast expected to be in attendance.

UPDATE: We now also have confirmation that Shazam! Fury of the Gods will have a panel. Check out both promos below.

"From New Line Cinema, Dwayne Johnson stars in the action adventure Black Adam. The first-ever feature film to explore the story of the DC Super Hero comes to the big screen under the direction of Jaume Collet-Serra (“Jungle Cruise”). Nearly 5,000 years after he was bestowed with the almighty powers of the ancient gods— and imprisoned just as quickly—Black Adam (Johnson) is freed from his earthly tomb, ready to unleash his unique form of justice on the modern world."

Johnson stars alongside Aldis Hodge (City on a Hill, One Night in Miami) as Hawkman, Noah Centineo (To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before) as Atom Smasher, Sarah Shahi (Sex/Life, Rush Hour 3) as Adrianna, Marwan Kenzari (Murder on the Orient Express, The Mummy) as Ishmael, Quintessa Swindell (Voyagers, Trinkets) as Cyclone, Bodhi Sabongui (A Million Little Things) as Amon, and Pierce Brosnan (the Mamma Mia! and James Bond franchises) as Dr. Fate.

Black Adam will be released nationwide on 21st October 2022 by Warner Bros. Pictures.

Wait, no hierarchy of power is gonna change? I'm disappointed Dwayne, I really am.

Anyway, bring on Fate, Hawkman, Cyclone, Atom Smasher and Isis!

@bkmeijer1 - I really hope they don’t just throw them in the movie for a total of 5minutes of screen time between them

I mean, was there ever really a doubt? Has the Rock ever passed up an opportunity to get on stage and blow his own horn?
