Michael B. Jordan is officially 2020's "Sexiest Man Alive," according to People.com.

The Black Panther star replaces last year's winner, John Legend, as well as previous recipients such as Brad Pitt, Ryan Reynolds, Idris Elba, George Clooney, and the late Sean Connery.

"It's a cool feeling," Jordan admits in the accompanying interview. "You know, everybody always made that joke, like, ‘Mike, this is the one thing you’re probably not going to get.' But it’s a good club to be a part of."

The 33-year-old actor, who has also starred in the likes of Creed, Fruitvale Station and Fantastic Four, has always used his platform to shine a light on the issues he feels passionately about, and plans for that to continue.

"I think there’s a time and a place for everything," he says. "I’ve been picking my moments to make the most impact. We can all take action—big or small—to help create the change we want to see."

Jordan's turn as Erik Killmonger came in for a lot of praise, and the character is widely considered to be one of, if not the best MCU villain yet. Despite being killed off at the end of the first film, there are rumors that Killmonger may return for Black Panther 2, but that seems highly unlikely.

Jordan will once again work with frequent collaborator Ryan Coogler on Wrong Answer, and he also has Danny Boyle's Methuselah and Tom Clancy adaptation Without Remorse on his to-do list.
