Valiant has flown under the radar for a while but the company is finally getting ready to launch its own cinematic universe, and first up is Bloodshot. Starring Guardians of the Galaxy's Vin Diesel, we've been wondering when we might see something from the movie and that's now come in the form of a special comic book cover being released to raise money for Paul Walker's charity Reach Out Worldwide.

Bloodshot Salvation #1 boasts an exclusive cover featuring art by legendary comic artist Lewis LaRosa, imagining Vin Diesel as Valiant's relentless comic-book hero. The art for this unique collectable was originally commissioned by former Valiant CEO & Chief Creative Officer Dinesh Shamdasani at the request of Bloodshot director Dave Wilson, so we know it's accurate to what we'll see on screen.

Bloodshot is directed by Wilson (who makes his directorial debut) and written by Eric Heisserer. While this is just artwork, it gives us a much better idea of what we should expect from the movie and it's going to be very interesting seeing how this translates to a live-action setting. It could look awesome or like En Sabah Nur in X-Men: Apocalypse! What do you guys think? Share your thoughts down below.

Looks good and I'm intrigued by it. I Hope that Vin has really got in shape for the role and I also like the fact that the makers are looking to films like Robocop, Terminator, and Total Recall and want it to have that classic 1980s tone.

He certainly looks the part. Let's just hope he is at Pitch Black level and not Fast and the Furious level. If that happens then this will be good.
