Avengers vs X-Men: Did *Spoilers* faked his death

A major character died in last issue of Avengers vs X-Men. Marvel is known for bringing people from dead in no time. What are the chances for this character returning in future.

In last issue Cyclops is confronted by Xavier who tells him how much he is disappointed with his once upon a time the favorite and brightest student. Cyclops loses his temper and kills Professor without any emotion or hesitation.

But before this happened Cyclops asked Xavier continuously to get out of his head. Even after constant warning Charles kept on doing so which ultimately pissed off Cyclops.

This panel made me feel what if Professor X did some mind trick on Cyclops and rest of the crowd present at Utopia thinking that his death will change Cyclops' mind for good and opposite happened. What professor planned to do was a clear suicide mission and everyone knew that how this will end up.

This type of mind trick was done by Professor in a previous issue of New Avengers (I am not sure) when they were perusing Rachel to capture her, Charles appeared out of no where and made everyone except Cap go sleep.

Although Charles is gone for good but always fearing Marvel's tendency of bringing him back can be used by this excuse. What do you think?
