Aqua Teen Hunger Force has been longstanding, the biggest original show on [adultswim]. So much that it has inspired comics, spinoffs, and a large array of merchandise throughout it's run. But after 12 long years, it has come to an end with it's final season already airing. Although the show has said before it's being canceled as a joke, it does seem for certain that the show is closing it's curtains. The show premiered last week, but didn't reveal it's new intro until it's second episode last night. Matt Maielaro and Dave Willis have said they have put all their effort into making this season as best as they possibly could, and so far it looks as if it is.

The show is about three human-sized living fast food items named the Aqua Teen Hunger Force, and their quick tempered neighbor having crazy adventures in New Jersey. The characters are Shake (a milkshake), Frylock (a box of french fries), Meatwad (a piece of ground beef), and Carl (an actual human being). The show has undergone lots of format changes, including the detective aspect of the show being wiped out almost completely. Continuity between the series is virtually non-existent, and every major character has died at least once.

AQUA TEEN HUNGER FORCE FOREVER is on [adultswim] Sundays at 12 AM EST
