Here are my 4 theories regarding this teaser-
1) Time-Warping Crossover: The reason this seems very plausible is because Marvel has time travelling devices, heroes, villains, etc. allowing time travel to not be a far-thought idea. The way this scenario could play out is having Miles, via a fight with a super villain, training with S.H.I.E.L.D., etc. being sent back a few months to a year. Miles & Peter then have a crossover adventure which possibly could be how Miles gets web-shooters & a "blessing" from Peter to continue his legacy.
2) Clone: The reason I feel a clone possible is because in the Ultimate Spider-man Clone Saga, (Issues #97-105), 1 of the clones never escaped containment. This leaves a possibility of a true Ultimate Ben Reilly or Scarlet Spider, aka Peter Parker clone. This is most likely not going to happen though because fans may feel this is an excuse to bring Ultimate Peter Parker back without actually bringing him back as the characters that die in Earth-1610 stay dead.
3) Peter Returns: When Miles was first introduced, I thought he would be the Ultimate Scarlet Spider due to his costume design. This was later turned down when he was fully revealed but when Kaine became the new Scarlet Spider, his costume reminded me more & more of Miles's suit.
So, if Marvel bring Ultimate Peter Parker back, I feel that he would reclaim his position of Spider-man & Miles would become Scarlet Spider. I do believe though that this is the most unlikely as Peter's death was EXTREMELY hyped & Ultimate Comics: Spider-man Vol. 2 (with Miles) has been selling very well accompanied with positive reviews.
4) Crossover: My final theory is a crossover between Earth-616 Spider-man & Earth-1610 Spider-man. The reason is Spider-man has recently been doing various time/dimensional adventures, so many people would most likely not be surprised. This would also give Earth-616 Spider-man a chance to possibly have some fun since he has constantly been involved in world ending events nonstop, (Marvel, chill with the constant events back-to-back). This theory may actually be more unlikely than #2 as Ultimate Marvel seems very conservative when involving another universe unlike mainstream which has multiple times in the past.
