The comic-book event of 2013 finally arrives as superstar creators MARK MILLER and FRANK QUIETLY give us the superhero epic that all future comics will be measured by. The world's greatest heroes have grown old and their legacy is a poisonous one to the children who will never live up to their remarkable parents. Unmissable.

Most of Quietly's faces look like they have Downs Syndrome.

Quietly! LOVE All Star Superman. Bursting with love, and life. If you've avoided it because you don't like Grant Morrison's other work, DON"T! It's nothing like most of his titles, really heartfelt and even moving at times.

Frank Quitely is such an amazing artist. His art in All Star Superman is some of the bets art I've ever seen.

the plot reminds me of DC's Kingdom Come.

Incredible art. I'm hooked already. Perhaps the 'epic saga' vibe might mean Millar doesn't cram in excessive violence for the sake of it. This looks good!

Quitely's artwork is pretty good overall, but he cannot draw hot women. His time on X-men, Emma Frost and Jean Grey looked like human/fish hybrids.
