In 2015 Dontnod Entertainment and Square Enix created a five-part episodic graphic adventure video game series called
Life is Strange.
Focusing on a young female photography student with the ability to rewind time - the game was met with favorable reviews and went on to receive Graphic Novel counterparts to follow.
Life is Strange: Dust paved the way for what is now volume 2 -
Life is Strange: Waves. The first thing that you notice when digging into this comic is the same thing fan noticed from the video games in the first place - the exceptional art. This is likely what helped get the series a comic counterpart in the first place - and with the beautiful artwork the story fits perfectly in the medium.
In the latest adventure Max and Chloe face down time traveling trouble when universes begin to collide. After traveling to a heartbreaking location from their past - the two quickly realize that this only further takes their adventure off the rails and leaves Max with more nosebleeds than she can handle.
