Warning, the following contains spoilers for Robotech Vol 6: Event Horizon TP, which collects Robotech #21-24 as well as Robotech: Free Comic Book Day 2019. Let's dive in!

The trade paperback collection in question collects issues that contain exciting mecha action brought to life with beautiful artwork by Sarah Stone (Netflix's Castlevania) and Hendry Prasetya (Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers).

An exciting time-traveling/space-bending element is added to the adventure when Dana Sterling - a future product of Max Sterling and Miriya, though she arrives ten years past her destination point and sets things awry.

During the raging battle against the advancing Invid, our heroes - Rick Hunter and friends - fight to stay afloat in a battle that seems all but lost. 

A large majority of the arc in this trade paperback collection is dedicated to the connection shared between Rick Hunter and Lynn Minmei. Through their dreams and their powers, and while this kicks off our story in this collection, it is also what ultimately saves our heroes in the end.

Robotech Vol 6: Event Horizon TP is an exciting ride, through and through even for fans of comics that are unfamiliar to the mecha world. This is a great title to open up anime lovers to another section of the untapped storytelling market. Boasting time-traveling fun and alien-blasting action, this is a collection that encapsulates everything comic books stand for. - Five out of five.
