Captain Cold especially in the New 52 is one of my favorite villains. I really like the code he lives buy, I am also glad that he is now a Meta-Human.

BIackLanternFroggy - well said good sir!! Captain Cold is better than Mr. Freeze easily. Everyone just jumps on the Mr. Freeze wagon because he's related to Batman. Captain Cold is a character that is interesting without the hero

Anyone remember Captain Cold from The Flash tv series?

Still a fan of The Flash and his rogues gallery, but when it comes to DC villains and the power of ice, i prefer Mr Freeze and Captain Cold.
