I wonder if this could be leading to a reboot (of a sort) of the GL corner of the DCnU?

I like that Kyle is a White Lantern, except for his mask.

Good, the whole spectrum of emmotions was stupid idea anyways. Let's get Green Lantern back to it's sci-fi cop beginnings.

i love green lantern books for the most part, but i just haven't been able to read them since the new 52, i gave up around issues 6 or 7 for most of the diff gl books, i should maybe catch back up but i feel kind so so about what i read up to when i stopped that i dont have any real motivation to. GL corps was probably the best one but i didn't even care so much after they got to the trial part with John Stewart .....

Basically i am asking, am i really missing out on anything that good? or should i wait a little while longer and hope for a better set of story arcs?

I'm truly upset that Geoff Johns is ending is run. BUT, I knew it would happen some day. Part of me kind of thought that it might end with "Wrath of the First Lantern". I just want a bad ass ending for Hal Jordan.

@Batslam
Yeah the main GL title with Baz in it is pretty awesome. Red Lantern is not so great, but I read it anyway. GL corps is good, and New Guardians is cool but It felt rushed in the "Rise of the Third Army" arc. The GL Corps Annual #1, which is the conclusion to "Third Army" was truly something special. If your a fan of GL, I would read everything from the New 52 start to now because if this is Geoff's last issue on GL, he has something huge up his sleeve. And I've never been more excited for a comic book.

So... In the last year, Hal Jordan quit and is no longer in the justice league. GL TAS is cancelled. And all the GL writers are leaving the books. Why is it a good time to be a GL fan again?

Make Kyle Rayner the main lantern again.

Snyder, Johns and Azzerello are the best the new 52 has to offer. Unless BA is going to write WW and GL, no one will match Geoff Johns. Green Lantern is now lame again...suck it, Gusto!

Also, DC better not move Azzerello from Wonder Woman! I'll cut someone if they do.

LOVE GREEN LANTERN AND EVERYTHING JOHNS DID FOR THE CHARACTERS...

Either they have a big thing planned or WB somehow ruining this too..

Hopefully they have big plans, but I am worried about the GL titles now.

As possible one of the most devout Geoff Johns and Green Lantern Corp fan on this site, I'm not to heartbroken about this. Honestly, for a couple years, post-Blackest Night, I've been ready for a change. I want simple, interesting, complex, episodic Green Lantern stories. I'm getting tired of massive Event-driven stories.

Meh, I've never been bothered with creative teams changing up. New fresh takes, new perspectives yada yada yada... anyway... WHITE LANTERN KYLE!!!

damn it, I really was hoping that Kyle Rayner would be able to retain the ability to tap into each emotional spectrum. At least let him be able to do that if he won't be a White Lantern anymore

im not a fan of Baz. I was reading GL in the because i am a huge Hal fan. If Hal wont be back, ill probably end up ending GL from my pull list.

Baz? Really? I mean sure, he's not a bad character (except for the fact that he's basically a Kyle rip off mixed with a token character) but Baz? Starring solo in the main GL book? I can't believe people are actually suggesting this.

I dont mind Baz at all, but I want HAL back for sure. He's my favorite and should be the Greatest Green Lantern of All Time!

Turn Baz bad, bring Hal back for main title/JL and love Kyle as the white lantern.

Baz is cooler than Hal Jordan will ever be.

Honestly Ive felt like the only consistent book was Geoffs and Tomasi is hit and miss. Bedard and Milligan Ive never really cared for at all. New guardians is disapointing and red lanterns is meh.
Sad to see the end of an era. Geoff's GL is what got me into comics and now its become and obsession. I spend wayyy too much money on trades.
OK one thing though WTF happene dto Sodam Yat? Can anyone explain that for me?
