The next mini-series to continue what was started in Smallville Season 11 was formally announced today in the form of Smallville: Harbinger. It will not only see the return of Zatanna (played by Serinda Swan in the episodes "Hex" and "Warrior" of the TV show), but also introduce John Constantine. Zatanna has apparently stolen a cursed object from Constantine that previously belonged to her father, which he wants to reclaim and sell to the highest bidder.

"She's taken her show on the road, using her tour as a cover to run down and deal with all the messes/enchanted/cursed everythings her father left behind when he died," writer Bryan Q. Miller told TV Guide. "By the time we catch up with her in 'Harbinger,' she's closing in on the final item on that list."

New chapters of Smallville can be purchased digitally every Friday at readdcentertainment.com. Below is a preview of the first digital chapter of Smallville: Harbinger written by Bryan Q. Miller with art from Daniel HDR, Rodney Buchemi, and Garry Henderson. Cat Staggs provides a stunning cover as usual. Expect the first issue to be available in print this April.

Just kill me now I wasted 10 years of my life to see him as Superman and perhaps a cameo of Bruce Wayne Neither of which happen, got to see Clark wearing a Superman Halloween costume at the end, screw the show and the comic they owe me 10 years of my life back

Worst scene in the history of Television, 10 years of watching for this one scene? Doesn't seem right does it? They could have made one made for TV movie with him in the suit with Bruce Wayne.
