Not a fan of the overly sexualised look to Harley nowadays. Her best outfit was from the animated series.

What the hell is going on in this one? Pre-52 Harley vs New 52 Harley?

Cliff Chiang + The Killing Joke + Harley Quinn = awesome.

Heads up, CBM community, calling a character character a whore is sure-fire way for me to delete your comments.

YOU THINK THIS IS A F*CKING JOKE, DC?

@staypuffed Ugh, you don't need to take that crap from some jerk who can't look at fantastic artwork without being a douche. Seriously, please delete DexterDouglas's comments. If he can't leave comments AND be respectful at the same time, he doesn't deserve to have his voice heard.

Hey @McGee, I just found another cover, i think you'll enjoy this one ;)

@DexterDouglas Lol what do I need thicker skin for? You were going after staypuffed, not me. I just can't stand people who act like jerks. There's a way to communicate your displeasure with the redesigns without being an absolute ass about it.

"here is a distinction (you do know what a distinction is, right?), you should learn it. Maybe keep a dictionary by your bed and look the word up to read before YOU sleep at night."

Yes. Nothing but pure respect happening throughout that entire comment. Sure.

I LOVE the "oversexualized" Harley look! She is one of the best characters out there I think. The sexy look really just fits perfectly with her outgoing/perky/psycho personality.

If your were givin one chance to bring any drawn/fictional character to life to...well u know, and only had 10 seconds to decide. Who would it be? Mine, Harley Quinn...hands down with 9.8 seconds to spare... YAHTZEE! lol

Because "whatever helps you sleep at night" is just the epitome of snark, right? Good Lord. Looks like I'm not the one who needs to "Get some thicker skin", after all.

So sick of Harley Quinn. She is a blatant rip-off of "Prank." On the live action Flash show there was a villian named The Trickster portrayed by Mark Hamill. Actually, this was the closest you will find to seeing Mark play a live action Joker. The voices and mannerisms are a duplicate of his voice work as Joker on the Bats animated show. Anyway, in the second episode he appeared in, a wealthy girl becomes obsessed with him. She dresses up as his sidekick named Prank. She breaks him out of jail and he at every opportunity he abuses her, like Joker does with Harley.

@DexterDouglas Personally, I just saw it as a way of quickly dismissing someone who was acting like a jerk in the first place. And yes, seeing how he's the one who put this article together in the first place, it would seem to make sense that we abide by his rules. Which, funny enough, goes hand-in-hand with that whole 'respect' thing that I brought up earlier.

But agree to disagree and all that, I suppose.

SauronsBANE - 11/14/2014, 6:10 PM
@DexterDouglas Well, I can't really speak for staypuffed, but I imagine that he felt that you were projecting your opinion about the New 52 designs as fact, which many people would find irritating. Add that to how he obviously felt that you were attacking the Harley Quinn character as a "whore", and it's easy to see why he would take offense to your comment and found it worthy to be deleted. A lot of people in this community LOVE these characters, and so any criticism of the character feels personal to them. Personally, I don't agree with that kind of mindset, but I do understand it, at least.

But I've gone and derailed this thread enough already, so I'll just leave it at that. Cheers!

For what it's worth, I actually agree with you on Quinn's redesigned outfits, but I guess I just don't agree with how you worded it, I guess. Different strokes!
