not really issue 900 when you reset your universe, action comics had the chance to reach 1000 issues & they didn't think it was important, now it is again.

I still think DC should have kept Action Comics and Detective Comics going from the old universe, so that they could wrap up the stories of those versions of Batman and Superman properly (and so Action could reach issue #1000). That way, non DCnU fans could at least continue enjoying the previous continuity a little while longer.

The Action and Detective stories released since the reboot could've been released under new titles.

Why is there a MAD magazine like cover for this?

@ACirca, True that. That's the way it should have been if DC cared about the legacy of the two biggest heroes in comic history and the fans. But for whatever reason it is what it is, and nothing to do about it. Art looks great though, hopefully the stories will be also.

Stupid? The MAD magazine covers are better than Skottie Young's "Baby Marvel" crap. I'm sick of that baby shit.

Super agree with you bro. Getting tired of the Skottie Young variant covers. At first it was ok then now I feel tired and sick of looking at it. I want more sketch variants from the publishers!
