For some reason this preview reminds me of the really, really, old Green Lantern cartoon by Hanna. Hal is hanging out with Sinestro, the word Boss is being used a lot. Does this remind anybody of it?

Well I'm definitely going to miss Kirkham on new guardians but I'm still excited for this.

@darkmetal yeah I'm sure if they ever get married, which probably won't happen for a long time, it will be on the Green Lantern book and Mahnke is the artist for that title.

That art is something special. That pic of Carol smiling is creepier than a smile drawn by Jerry Ordway or one of those teeth and gum smiles drawn by Gary Frank. Only there's nothing about the rest of the art that makes up for it.

@Equinox

Amen, Rayner & Stewart are far more interesting character than Hal Jordan will ever be.

I would also add that Wally West was a much better Flash than Barry 'Boring' Allen.

I actually find Hal the most interesting and fun to read.

Kyle is a straight man, goody two shoes. Stewart is a serious, tough guy, military dude. and Guy is actually also really fun to read but he's a total ahole so kinda unrelatable, well to most of us anyways, lol.

Back on subject though, this series has been kind of disappointing, it has a really cool concept and really diverse and interesting characters but they keep on holding back and not milking its potential therefore falling flat and becoming kinda frustrating.

This has been one of the titles on my list since issue one but if it dosent get better by this issue I'm dropping it.
