@MAC Oliver is supposed to get his beard back this November when his comic get's a Zero Year tie in showing how he met Batman in the New 52.

Prefer or dislike Hawkeye, I'm glad others see that they took away one of the things that made Green Arrow Green Arrow.

The GA Zero Year Issue takes place around the same time as Batman's current story arc so I'd imagined the bearded Ollie isnt permanent as it takes place years ago.
Not to mention, Lemire has said the more people ask for it, the longer he'll delay the beard from being permanent haha
