Judd Winick is possibly the worst thing to ever happen to comics.

And yeah,LEVITIKUZ. I picked up the trade recently and I thought it was pretty good. Nothing groundbreaking or revolutionary but an entertaining read and a fresh take on the Bat-mythos. I'm hoping when Morrison leaves Batman Inc they turn it into an anthology book with short 2-3 issue arcs showcasing single members of Batman Inc, it could be a fun idea.

@Tomontherun Please I stand for Liefeld he is a Master Artist and a Legeidary Veteran in The Game, Greater than Kirby, Jim Lee and any other guy out there, He is a very passionate artist and the Master of Anatomy and the greatest artist in portraying expressions and emotions and he gives fans the necessity to read comics I oblige all Liefeld haters to go out and check his recent Hawkman and Deathstroke Run where he elevated those characters to a higher status than normal. Liefeld is one true legend of the game and a master of the Arts Craft..

Winick gave us Batman: Under the Hood.... soooo, he's not the worst thing to happen to comics. Frank Miller, who has just been terrible as of late with movies and comics, will NEVER be the worst thing to happen to comics simply because he gave us TDKR and Batman Year One. Similarly, George Lucas will never be the worst thing to happen to filmmaking seeing as how he created one of the greatest stories/franchises of all time in Star Wars. The worst thing to ever happen to comics is Rob Liefeld.

I believe the topic of BatWings past is very interesting. The fact the he was a child soldier. His story is very real in Africa and they do the worst thing imaginable to people at a young age. They are making a story that reflects some part of reality. That can't be underestimated. I would say I would like to pick this comic up just for that. On another note his past is worse than Batmans if take what child soldiers do. I would go out and say he is darker than Batman when he was a child. If you read anything about Child Soldier in Africa it would make you cry. That is one reason why America will not go there.

But then again its hard to tell the story of another culture when you have no idea truly how that culture works when you have never been apart of it, but story tellers have been attempting to do this for centuries. So there you have it.

I'm against the idea of Batman Inc; hated it from the beginning ruins the whole urban legend/myth element Batman had going 4 him, that said I'm all 4 more diversity in comics n have heard nothing but good things about both the character n the book, but it must b said he looks like shit

there is alreay a black batman ripoff. his name is black panther
ellispart3
ellispart3 - 9/3/2012, 1:15 PM
@NosferatuZodd
is batwing replacing batman? i took it as a new character in the bat family.
and in no way is black panther a batman ripoff..that's a reach. there are similarities, but if that's what we are looking at, batman is a white zorro ripoff. similarities don't equal ripoffs.
