After over a decade on the air, video games, comic series, and an album, the fan favorite cartoon is finally coming to an end in two weeks. This makes the last classic [adultswim] show to be axed marking the end of adventures for Frylock, Mastershake and Meatwad. Fans of the show speculate that the show was cancelled due to the leak of the controversial "boston" episode. Ted Turner, President of Turner Broadcasting, warned that if the episode to ever leak the show would be canceled. Although the show's creator disputed this claim saying the show was canceled before the leak. Either way, the show has lasted a long time with over a hundred episodes. It will definitely go down in cartoon history as a classic.
Aqua Teen Hunger Force is almost assuredly the first thing that you'd identify with Adult Swim. Watch Master Shake, Meatwad and Frylock deliberately ignore the original premise of "mystery-solving foodstuffs living in Jersey" as they combat aliens, get jobs, warp to alternate dimensions, throw up, blow up and continually surprise their viewing audience. You're probably a bigger fan of their neighbor Carl at this point, anyway. So, hey, watch the adventures of Carl (and the frequently-rebranded Aqua Teens) at Adult Swim.com. Do whatever you like. It's your Internet connection.
