I personally see no reason Atom can't be in the DCEU. Just because Ant-Man was in the movies, doesn't mean Atom can't work in the Justice League.

Eh, Elongted Man has one of the more abstract origins, but depending on just how elaborate the DC Comics' Cinematic Universe becomes, I see no reason he and his wife can't have a proper inclusion. An Identity Crisis film adaptation would be cool.

One of my fears as they develop Justice league is it won't be as significantly momentous. They won't play with the ideas of recruit-and enlistment. It'd be an exclusive circumstance. If the the universe flourishes, these more broad characters could get their debut through that. Could even spring into solo-films. Example, in each X-Men film, when setting inside the mansion you have those background mutants. Now imagine that inside the Watchtower. Awesome opportunities within that single idea.

Even add allusions, Q-Core and Kord Industries are the benefactors for the Justice League... Man Of Steel did it with Blaze Comics, though these can be seen as Easter Eggs nonetheless the possibilities remain.
