Not just a baby, but a baby entwined in what appears to be the tentacles of doc ock...or at least that's what it looks like to me.

lets not forget that in One More Day, Mephisto disguised himself as a little girl, which he explained was the child of pete and MJ if they wouldn't have made the deal. just thought that was interesting...knowing that pete and MJ were MEANT to have baby girl together. and now this pic of a baby?? hmmm...

Well, I thought the girl Mephisto took the form of was the baby girl they lost when they thought MJ delivered stillborn but was instead a despicable plot by Norman. I thought it hinted that they would find her eventually.

And those are definitely Doc Oc tentacles with the three digits at the end. You can see the coils wrapped around the baby and behind it. Lol. Doc Oc the babysitter? Now that's humor.

The baby is probably May "mayday" Parker she has to come in at some point....

I agree with Osiris.

With them retelling the the Clone Saga, they might have different events planned. I'm not sure what the MVP Scarlet Spider has anything to do with it though.

I would be super freakin' happy if they undid that retcon where Spidey and MJ get unmarried.
