Black Knight And Former X-Men Villain The Juggernaut Are Joining The SAVAGE AVENGERS This June

Juggernaut has both fought against and alongside the X-Men over the years, but now that he's not welcome on Krakoa, Charles Xavier's stepbrother looks set to become a member of Earth's Mightiest Heroes...

Marvel Comics currently has a very violent team of Avengers, and while the likes of Elektra, Venom, and The Punisher have previously assembled alongside Conan the Barbarian in Savage Avengers, it's now the turn of the Unstoppable Juggernaut!

Cain Marko isn't a mutant, but his relationship with Professor X means that he's often fought against and alongside the X-Men. However, now that they're holed up on Krakoa, The Juggernaut has nowhere to call home and is no longer part of that team. An upcoming solo series will explore that, but he's also set to join the Savage Avengers alongside Black Knight.

"Conan leads a team of Savage Avengers against an Asgardian dragon in a quest for treasure," reads the solicit text for issue #14. "Get out your twenty-sided dice and roll to attack with Conan, Magik and new Savage recruits the Black Knight and Juggernaut."

With Magik also part of this iteration of the team, it's going to be interesting seeing how Cain interacts with her knowing he's no longer welcome on Krakoa. He's been an anti-hero for a while now, of course, and while most of us will have never expected to see him join The Avengers, he's definitely a good fit for Conan's team given his powerful, "savage" nature.

Savage Avengers #14 goes on sale this June. You can check out the action-packed cover below!

Anyone seen The New Warriors comic book trailer.

Its got 2,000 likes and 160,000 dislikes.

Some of the New Social Justice Warriors in the book are....

-Snowflake (non Binary)
-Safe Space (non Binary)
-Woke

I can't wait to see how quick this title is cancelled.

There is a new X-Title called Children Of The Atom and that goes all woke as well.

@marvel72 - that has to be for publicity. It's so lazy and obnoxious. If they are being serious comics in print truly are doomed.

@Matador - I have only recently got back into comics, powers of x and house of x brought me back but with shit like this I might just collect stuff from the 70s and 80s.

@Ryguy88 - I think a lot of comic shops are gonna close their doors for the last time due to the corona virus, I'm lucky that I get my comics from Forbidden Planet by mail order, so I don't think they'll close but I think smaller local comic shops will.

@marvel72 - I'm gonna do the same reopen some of my graphic novels from both DC & Marvel then I'll know where I left off either go back a decade or follow the story.

But all this new age crap there pushing down our throats is annoying.

To say the same with the new Avengers game from Square Enix having Ms. Marvel the protagonist just doesn't sit right with me not because she's a girl mind you but what they tying to push for representation.

@Matador - I agree, there is a lot of comics from years I have never read, I only started collecting in 86.I might try and complete some runs the best I can.

Uncanny X-Men would be my first choice.

As for The Avengers game, I really don't like the direction they are taking the game. The graphics are OK but I have no interest in Ms.Marvel.
