Didn't expect that we would see him crossover with Peter at all. Very interesting way to tell us where in the USM timeline all this happened. I just assumed it was after Peter's death. I didn't know how much time had passed between the death and Miles first appearance in fallout.

As much as I hate the fact that they killed off Peter Parker (horrible miscalculation no matter which way you cut it-- there was still so much they could have done with the character), I do like the new USM. Not too shabby.

@RobinNumbah6 people going to complain; best thing to do is buy the comic and tell others about it. I bought my godson 2copies to get him started into comics. Best way fo r Miles to stay round is to keep buying the comic. Money talks over anything

Just finished reading ultimate spiderman. I definetly enjoyed the book. Feel sorry for those who won't even gives miles a read. Awesome so far lookin forward to see what bendis has in store later down thee road. For the record a token character is a token wen there no depth. This story is coming together imo.

hahaaa you ignorant narrowminded fan boi its an alternate reality. read 616 and get over yourself I collected ultimate spiderman til the clone saga. Its been done so Im glad for a new story line that I wont already know. you may like predictablity i enjoy a shake up.
They dealt with death in this reality better than the other recent deaths. Thor been killed twice and now johnny. So lil fanboy you do read the comic so it does have your attention. hahaaa Bendis has reeled you in, haahahaa you are pathetic. just had to let that out, now back to enjoying Miles Morales as spiderman

he's a crap character, a total rip off.
A genius kid, suffering adversity. realizes through his own apathy that "with great power comes great responsibility"
He is Peter Parker 2.0.
I might be able to get on board with a new character if the character was new, but he's not.
Their motivation in replacing Parker is transparent, they only wanted to be P.C., and couldn't even come up with new character, just changed his name and made him mixed race.
Marvel keeps f#$%ing with their best character, in every iteration.
Thats why I quit reading when they erased his marriage in the main universe and why i've quit reading this one.

Kudos to u on finding fault to my rant. Yes there were errors in my rant, but if I took u seriously Iwould care. To state my rant. U may hate the series and bendis but ur still reading it. Fanboy; u can hate the new direction but ur still reading it. thats what made me laugh.
since u want to go the spike lee route. Lee directed inside man which starred Denzel Washington. Washington used the tick toc refrence. And u want a grown man to kiss ur ass. Im thinking maybe u just like men and lil boys thats why ur so upset. Hey I dont judge embrace ur lifestyle, may u find happiness. But to wish death on a lil fictional child because ur confused not cool man. Well looking forward to ur proof reading hahaha. We can work on spelling next. Hahaha fanboy u make me laugh. But
