The first two issues of Charles Soule (Superman/Wonder Woman) and Steve McNiven's (Old Man LoganDeath of Wolverine shipped on September 3rd and September 10th, respectively, with the final two issues set to arrive this week and next. But, for as of yet unexplained reasons, issues three and four have been delayed. Death of Wolverine #3 will hit shelves on October 1st, and Death of Wolverine #4 will be released two weeks later, on October 15th. It's a longer wait than we anticipated, but to soften the blow, Marvel has unveiled a new variant cover by polarising artist Greg Land for the fourth issue of the miniseries. It features incarnations of Logan from across the decades, from his first appearance in Incredible Hulk #181 in 1974 to Weapon X, as well as more traditional looks. Check it out below!

Who actually stays dead anymore? May as well call it, "The Hiatus of Wolverine, he will be back soon"

NEW SHIRT GETTING MADE!!!!!!!

I hated how he has stayed dead in the Ultimate Universe. That shit hurt a lot reading that book, and the many books to follow where he never came back. Why couldn't there have been someone on the other side bring him back to life like there was in 616?

But we knew this was going to happen for years now, when they revealed that he has actually been dying over the years and was getting "help" to come back to life. Marvel put themselves in a corner with that story reveal, and now they don't want to deal with it.
