What i was thinking too. When does that 2099 book come out? Is he sticking around in the 616? Hopefully he keep his normal costume.

Surprised by just how good the art is seeing as I usually hate Land's art.

what Ezio, Havenless and Ruffus said, it has to be Miles. Makes sense, if he is coming over to the 616 universe, this would be the logical role for him

"Who is Spider-Hero" When he takes the mask off...depends on who Greg land traces lol! as for who is he based on...I'd say Travis Charests' pencils. :P

No more Spider-Man rip offs!
All these incarnations of Spidey dilutes his originality & uniqueness.

It's fine you have a Spidey in another universe (Miles Morales) or a Spidey in the future (Miguel O'Hara) but there should be only ONE TRUE Spidey in regular Marvel U.

Miles needs to go bye-bye if Ultimate U goes away.

I think it's a goon. Otto has built a spiderman army because he missed having henchmen. See how the guy is blandly build, not like a child (miles) and not like a hero (musclebound) just bland. He's also using traditional weaponry (chucks) so it's clear that he's not really anyone important. My guess is Otto calls him "Spider hero 23."

Its miles. Theyre calling him spider hero so marvel can make a spiderman movie because sony doesnt own the rights to miles. This has been the plan all along. Its why there is no peter parker in any comic books. Donald glovers finally gonna get his wish.

Greg Land is awful. None of his characters react to each other because they're all traced from other sources. Marvel paying Greg Land is almost as bad as Marvel paying Orsen Scott Card.

I don't think Miles Morales magically just aged 5-6 years and learned how to fight with nunchucks. Maybe it's a spider-minion? Spidey-Ock has been getting a lot of those..
Makiveli21
Makiveli21 - 8/16/2013, 8:20 PM
Why would some random minion be on the cover of the all black avengers?

Sorry the "mighty" avengers (its an all black/latino team)

It's not Miles. This comes out in October. Cataclysm doesn't start till November. It wouldn't make any sense.

Well there's no way it's Miles, seeing how big the character is, also, Miles has his own Spider-Man suit, and finally... Nunchucks.

This will more than likely be explained in the context of the story, and hopefully not a new Spider character.

Because honestly that suit looks terrible, and we don't need anymore Spider-Men than we already have.

One being a kid, one being a clone, one being a villain, and the original not present at all.

I don't like the idea of Miles Morales using nun-chucks, that just doesn't make any sense. Though I do like the idea of him being moved to the main Marvel Universe, but in general I just prefer the idea of 1 story-line across an entire comic-company. I can't stand all the multi-verse crap in the DC universe either. Really the only exception I have to this is Invincible, but that's really only because they always follow the main universe in the story-line.

this is one thing i hate about artists who don't experiment with physique. If that is miles, there's literally no way of knowing because he's drawn exactly like spock.
