Hang on...this is clearly set after fear ITself...cause Steve is Cap...but his sheild is shattered in FEAR Itself...

So does this mean it isn't shattered or is it a different shield?

Yeah if you have read the DD "Reborn" storyline even DD comments on how much faster and more agile Cap is compared to himself. Cap wins.

Daredevil gets out of this one by Joining the Avengers, although not entirely willingly. Cap wants to keep a close eye on him to make sure he can be trusted.

nah, DD's own book have never really run parallel to everything else thats going on in the MU. It could be before Fear Itself, or after, but they'll never make the determination. Just enjoy it. Its like trying to figure out a timeline for all the books that Wolverine appears in. It isn't meant to be figured out.

nope, DD isn't taking part in Fear Itself, and as you can see, there are no giant robots or people with hammers running around. It isn't meant to be running parallel with that story. This is just DD's own series.

I like Daredevil but Cap would win this fight. He is pretty much the best at hand to hand fighting. But I don't think they will end up knocking the shit out of each other. They will come down to some sort of agreement by the end.

yeah, he turned down Cap's offer when they first formed the New Avengers. But thats because DD had too much crap going on that he didn't have the time.

In the DD #1, it shows him in a very good mood and trying to fix himself, so i'm thinking when Cap asks him again, he's going to say yes in order to make a better name for himself after Shadowland. Its already been confirmed that he'll be on the team.

I want daredevil to win because i liked that old ben affleck shit daredevil movie more than i liked the new cap movie. Maybe i just had too much expectations of it since it was the last must watch movie of this year for me. Thank you 'rise of the apes' for saving this year for me and screw harry potter fans.
