The Artist is probably Vietnamese, maybe that's why his art has asian-looking.

That's not Clay Mann it's Nick Bradshaw - it's the variant and it's awful. Clay mann looks much better.

Here are my best guesses for the shadowforms of the Re:Genesis covers:

UNCANNY X-FORCE
Pretty clearly: Psylocke, Deadpool, Fantomex and AOA Nightcrawler
* Personally I’m delighted to see the return of the Elf. He’s been a favorite of mine for years and I thought his death in the Messiah Complex was lame (contrived by the writers to heighten the drama). I hope that he is able to discover some of the 616 version’s swashbuckling charm and not just be *another* hardcase. Speculation regarding leadership: I think Wolverine will still be the leader, though 616 Nightcrawler has leadership experience (Excalibur).

Havok (with new power signature?)
Flying woman: probably Rachel Grey in promised new costume, but maybe Polaris with new power signature

Iceman (Bachalo’s styling of the Popsicle is pretty well-established)

Figure to bottom left of Wolverine: Nightcrawler, again (??!!?....two Nightcrawlers? If these covers are supposed to be one image then there are two Elfs or there’s been a mistake.

Big Arm guy: clearly a fourth cover is anticipated…Possibilities: X-Factor or New Mutants, or Astonishing X-men, none of which are likely, as X-Factor has remained intentionally separate from the other X-books, New Mutants I assume will go with Cyclops/Emma, and Astonishing has already been described as out of continuity. My best guess: Strong Guy of X-Factor, which would indicate a rapprochement between X-Factor and Wolverine’s X-Men. I don’t know what other big guy else it could be.
Conspicuously missing: Xavier, Magneto, Legion, and any of the X-Jammers

Her presence on Cyclops/Emma’s side is corroborated by her appearance on the cover of Generation 13 (per iFanboy’s posting), and would make sense if the winged/caped figure in the back is indeed Archangel
Comments: I don’t really see the purpose/function of this group, as the characters don’t really have much in common, though some have suggested it to be Scott/Emma’s and answer to X-Force
