I'm not reading the main story (I am reading Ultimate Spidey though) but I can tell you this issue will end in the exact same place it started with no actual progress being made. I love Bendis on individual characters but not on the big stuff. His writing on stories like this seems to be a one step forward, two steps back approach. I guess that works for some though. I'm just too impatient I guess.

But whatever happens in this story, I highly doubt the Ultimate U is ending.

I think the universes will merge. A bit of a cop out but I think they're doing it so the current Marvel universe will be more 'reflectable' of the MCU.

I love the ultimate universe.This is terrible. Does any body remember when they said that when they cross with 616 they officially ran out of ideas. Anybody?

Kind of. It deals from the ripple effects from the heroes mucking around with time-travel every time things don't go their way. It opened fissures/cracks between realities and timelines and several characters fell through and ended up someplace different.

take the best characters from the ultimate universe,then get rid of the ultimate universe replace it with the marvel cinematic universe,then that way it keeps it separate from the 616 universe.

the movies won't influence the comics(616) because they would have their own comic line.
