Nightcrawler is returning from his time in the afterlife to find the world he knew greatly changed. The X-Men are divided, Professor Xavier is dead, and Wolverine is a schoolteacher. Not willing to waste any of his new life, Nightcrawler heads out on the road searching for adventure and, hopefully, to do some good for mutantkind along the way.
