We need to get these guys to think about bringing back RIch Rider, the NOVA-PRIME. Everybody ask him about that!

it's either a couple things. either sam's dad is rider but under a different name and they did something with the timeline.

or the found the fault or the cancerverse or whatever and they are running a mission to try and get rider out of it but so far they have failed.

i've been seeing the hints myself....at some point rider is going to make a dramatic return.
