With the Marvel Universe now all in one reality, how does the superhero community differentiate between Miles Morales Spider-Man and Peter Parker Spider-Man? For that matter, with Steve Rogers set to return as Captain America, will Sam Wilson still don the red, white and blue and still go by Cap, as well? On the cover of Civil War #1, we see Spider-Man and Falcon on oppossite sides, with Sam Wilson supporting Iron Man (Protect the Future.) and Peter Parker supporting Captain Marvel (Change the Future.). Does Morales fighting Wilson indicate that the two Spider-Men will be on the same side?

Marvel's Civil War II will pit two factions - led by Captain Marvel and Iron Man at odds over the fate of an Inhuman that can predict crimes before they happen. Captain Marvel leads a group that wants to apprehend the criminals before they actually commit the crimes while Iron Man leads a group that's adamant that punishment can't occur before the crime is actually committed. Iron Man's stance is definitely softer than his position in the original Civil War conflict with Captain America where he wanted superheroes to register their secret identities with the US government.  A Civil WAR II prologue of sorts will be made available on Free Comic Book Day on May 7th.  Civil War II will ship in June.  Brian Michael Bendis is the mastermind behind the event, while David Marquez is on art duty.

So many event series! It's like they want to take every last penny of my money! Oh, wait.

@IkeHatesMike - If they want MY money back, they need to start telling character driven stories that aren't mired down with awful event tie-ins.

@crawley - The problem is we can't really be mad at marvel, but the people who keep buying these events. They sell like hot cakes so you can't really blame them.

What's also [frick] up is don't they already have an event going on right now.

Those Trump groupies would flip at seeing this cover. A black Spider-Man and a black Captain America on a comic book! Think of the children!

Minority Report.

I thought it was cancelled on FOX. I guess Marvel picked it up. This is so stupid.

DC should come out with a new series about Batman fighting Superman..........all over again

@DVonShakari - Except in order for it run parallel with this Civil War it would have to be Green Lantern versus Superman.

@CopperCrow - I'd like to see them throw down. Makes more sense to me. Let's say the Green Lantern Corps. see 's Superman as a threat on a galactic level or The Green Lantern Corps. initiates some kind of intergalactic martial law. It's far more interesting than him taking on Barman......

@DVonShakari - Batman

@DVonShakari - agreed. I love Batman and he is the master prepper, but c'mon... it's friggin Superman we're talking about. The game was rigged from the start.

Ol' coattails riding Miles gets to pick a side... Is he on OG Spidey's side or against?

Shouldn't Captain America/Falcon just be called Captain America? Otherwise what's the point in making him Cap if he's gonna be differentiated from the character? Or did the OG Cap come back? I don't know. I stop reading marvel. #Imageallday
