As Daredevil and The Punisher prepare to go to war on season 2 of the brilliant Netflix series, Marvel has announced a new comic crossover is coming on May 4th. Though no creative team has been announced yet, you can check out the solicitation and cover for the first issue, illustrated by Reilly Brown, below.

"A simple change of venues for one of Matt Murdock’s cases becomes more complicated when THE PUNISHER attempts to send the defendant away…permanently!," reads the issue's solicitation. "If DAREDEVIL and BLINDSPOT want to get this mobster his day in court, it will take every ounce of wit and wile they have. All Frank needs to get what he wants is a bullet. The race is on!"

I hate how flipped Marvel is with characters following dumb changes made for live action. Like giving DD a black costume for like the 4th time since Trial of the Incredible Hulk. Ugh...

People dissing the new suit cos it looks like tv show? It bares very little resemblance to the show other than using the same colour scheme WHICH HAS BEEN USED IN THE COMICS A LOT OF TIMES BEFORE. plus lets not forget his last costume was a bright red tux, definite improvement
